Growth, engineered.
Marketing is one input. Growth is the system that decides which inputs matter this quarter, weights them honestly, runs the experiments and reads one score a week. This is that system, run by the operator who built it for his own companies first.

The problem
Fast growth is easy. Sustainable growth is disciplined.
Companies rarely fail for lack of ideas. They fail because growth becomes a pile of unconnected activity, each piece defensible and none of it adding up. When growth feels busy but not better, more work is not the answer. A system is.
The typical chaos
- Vanity metrics (likes and pageviews)
- Random acts of marketing
- Disconnected tools and dashboards
- “Hope” as a strategy
The GO Growth OS
- Weighted objectives (impact focus)
- Prioritised initiatives
- Controlled experiments
- A single Growth Score
The difference
Weighted progress. Not wishful thinking.
A to-do list gives every box the same size. Fixing a typo and fixing the pricing model are not the same size. The system weights each initiative by what it can move, so the score says what actually happened rather than how many things were done.
The system uses a Weighted Scoring Model. Every initiative is assigned a weight based on impact. If you complete 90% of your low-impact tasks but ignore the one high-impact task your Growth Score stays low. This forces honesty.
Example scenario
- SEO tweaks
- Weight 10%
- Core pricing change
- Weight 90%
01 · The logic engine
A plain dashboard says you are “50% done” because half the tasks are ticked. This one weights each task by what it can move, and the score follows. Move the two sliders.

KPIs
The reality. Weekly scorecards that roll up into your Executive Growth Score.
What we work on
Brand, code and funnel.
Advertising is a small part of it. Growth sits where brand, code and funnel meet, so the work covers all three: how the company is understood, how its systems behave and how a stranger becomes a customer.

How it works
Twelve weeks, in order.
01 · Week 1
Diagnose
Growth Audit and Baseline Score. Data is cleaned and leaks are identified.
02 · Weeks 2–3
Design
The Weighted Plan is built. Three to five objectives at most. Clear ownership.
03 · Weeks 4–12
Execute
The sprint. Weekly scorecards, rapid experiments and initiative tracking.
04 · Ongoing
Scale
Automation. What works becomes a machine. What does not gets cut.
Ways to work with us
Three ways in. One system.
Diagnostic
Growth Audit
A fortnight, once. A baseline score, a clean set of KPIs and a 90-day plan, written so you could run it yourself.
- Full funnel review
- Data hygiene check
- 90-day roadmap
Execution
RecommendedGrowth Sprint
Four to six weeks on one objective. The initiatives are built, the experiments run and the lift measured against the baseline.
- One objective
- Experiments that may fail
- Lift against the baseline
Long term
Operator Advisory
The system installed inside your company and read with you every week, by the quarter, until your team runs it without us.
- A weekly reading
- The panel the house uses
- Leadership time, not slides
Questions
What founders ask.
- Is this only marketing?
- No. It is growth. That covers marketing, product signals, sales pipelines and systems. If it touches revenue it is part of the system.
- Do I get access to the software?
- Yes. Advisory clients get a login to the same panel the house uses, with their objectives, experiments and weekly score in one view.
- How fast will I see results?
- The diagnosis is immediate: the audit shows where the funnel leaks in the first week. Movement in the numbers depends on where the business starts and how much of the plan is executed; no figure is promised here, because none could be promised honestly.
