Here are 5 life lessons that will lead closer to your goal.
I think you all agree with me when I say: Life is too short for overlooking opportunities.
There only less than 100 days left for 2020 and your next big adventure is closer than you think.
You’ll be successful as soon as you want to achieve it. Today, I’m CEO of Fabulous Media, The Digital Expert, who is a community Brand Ambassador of True-caller Mobile App, a Visiting Faculty of Internet Marketing at leading Business Schools and a Solutions Architect to many Startups as well as established Organisations for helping them pitch in Global Investment Meets.
But life was not this easy in the beginning. I studied in an average school where teachers never cared for our future but my zeal to learn & passion for my work catapulted my career.
Here, I would love to share my success Mantras with you and I believe these will help you reach closer to your life goals.
My Sucess Mantra:
1) Goals- Choose Wisely
If we really want to be successful in life, we have to choose the goals that are right for us. We are all distinctive individuals and our goals and our journeys through life ought to reflect that.
If you wish success in life, you need to decide on goals that are congruent along with your values, your strengths, your passions, and your required style.
2) Fear Factor
Fear is much more reliable because it is maintained by a dread of punishment, which never fails. Fear can be a useful tool to enhance skills in a task. However, if a goal is deemed arbitrary or unattainable, then dissatisfaction and poor performance may result. It is important to be resilient in the face of adversity. Reassess your goals and make alterations when you feel it is necessary.
3) Skill Set
You might be failing to fulfill your New Year’s Resolutions for decades. Ever wondered why is this happening to you? Up to 92% of people that set New Year’s goals never actually achieve them. That’s because most people never have skill sets, and, as a result, they don’t know how to get what they want. It turns out that skill sets are a learned art– not something we just inherently know how to do.
As we say nothing succeeds like success. And guidance is very essential for success. Well! I think the majority of employees do not consider career guidance a significant issue. Hence, they have no or very little realization about the importance of career guidance. Everyone desires to achieve success however they do not get the correct guidance to create the right decision at the right time. If you have got pre-planned guidance for your career then it will create tons of difference.
The number of tasks and difficulty within each task. The longer the time-span of expected completion time, the more complex the task. I’ve developed organization practices and strategies for creating a sense of work quality and dynamic leadership + teamwork to know and the best reply to the quality of your work. Figure out what is needed & what success looks like in the given task. Only then you will be able to reach more towards your goal.
